Founder and CEO

I founded Daily Body Coach after a 10-year journey building and successfully exiting a SaaS company.


Throughout that time, I faced the same challenge many entrepreneurs do: maintaining health and performance while managing the pressure of business, family, and life. That experience led me to build a system that allowed me to stay in peak physical and mental shape without adding complexity to an already demanding schedule.


Daily Body Coach grew from that system. By partnering with experienced trainers and nutritionists, we refined it into a structured approach designed specifically for entrepreneurs and executives who want their health to support their ambition, not compete with it.

Nutritionist

For more than 12 years, I've focused on helping people simplify nutrition in an industry often dominated by misinformation.


I hold a Master’s degree in Obesity and Clinical Nutrition from University College London and a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Portsmouth. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, translating nutritional science into strategies that are sustainable in demanding professional lives.


Over the years I’ve also built an online audience of more than one million people, where I share practical insights and challenge common nutrition myths.


I’m particularly interested in how people think about food and the influence of trends and popular narratives around nutrition. My role is often to cut through the noise. I believe nutrition has to work in the real world, which means there’s always room to enjoy good food, spend time with friends, and occasionally have a drink.

Nutritionist

Over the past decade, I’ve built my career across clinical practice and elite sports. I've had practice in clinical settings across private luxury healthcare institutions and earlier in my career, I spent six years at Sporting Clube de Portugal, where I led nutrition across multiple sports, supporting high-level athletes and overseeing the work of nutrition teams within the club’s performance programs.


Alongside my clinical work, I’ve spent more than ten years teaching nutrition as a guest lecturer at institutions including Universidade Europeia, Universidade Católica, and the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Lisbon.


Teaching has strongly shaped the way I approach nutrition. I believe people achieve better results when they truly understand what they are doing and why it matters. When clients understand how their body responds to nutrition, it changes the way they approach their health for the long term.

Dietitian

As a Dietitian, I'm focused on supporting clients with structured strategies that improve health, energy, and long-term performance.


I trained as a dietitian at the University of Nottingham, graduating with First Class Honours, and completed postgraduate training in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Leeds Beckett University.


My background includes working within the NHS as a specialist dietitian in gastroenterology, hepatology, and surgical nutrition.


I’m naturally curious about science and nutrition, and I’m always studying new research to ensure the strategies we use are grounded in the most current evidence. My goal is to turn that knowledge into clear, practical guidance that clients can confidently apply in their everyday lives.

I support the training side of Daily Body Coach, helping clients build strength and resilience that supports demanding professional lives.


For more than 20 years, I've worked closely with entrepreneurs, executives, and high performers, helping them integrate training into their lives in a way that is both effective and sustainable.


My background includes working in elite sport as Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for professional teams, with my training approach also being featured in publications such as Men’s Health.


My philosophy is simple: training should enhance your life, not compete with it. The goal is to build a body that performs well today while continuing to support your health and performance for decades.

Trainer

My goal is to translate training into a structured system, one that builds strength, mobility, and physical resilience while fitting into demanding professional lives.


I hold a degree in Sport Sciences and a Master’s in Physical Education from Faculdade de Motricidade Humana in Lisbon. Alongside my coaching work, I’ve spent several years competing and coaching within Sporting Clube de Portugal.


My background also includes teaching physical education and sport science, which strengthened my ability to translate complex training principles into clear, practical systems.


Sport has always been a constant in my life. That long-term exposure to training and competition shaped the way I coach today, focusing on consistent progress and helping clients train with purpose toward their goals.
